Yes, that's right. I'm the bidder on Ebay who gets two browser windows going, opens the item they have their beady little eyes on in both windows, uses one to bid and the other to refresh.... bids for the first time at 40 seconds with their second highest bid....
....and stings you in the butt with the final highest bid at 9 seconds to go before auction end.
Poor, poor suckers on dial-up and/or not using the two-window rule. They never stood a chance.
